For homeowners, a standalone thermal checkup ($300 under 2,500 sq ft, $375 for 2,500–5,000 sq ft; larger homes quoted) scans walls, ceilings, and the electrical panel for hidden moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, air leaks, and overheating circuits — a smart checkup before winter or after a roof leak.
